GENERAL
The writer reserves the right to decline any commission.Depending on the size, work can take anywhere from a week to a month to complete, due to factors such as health or university work.If any delays occur, the client will be notified.Communication will happen primarily through E-mail, Twitter, or Discord.The work will be published on https://archiveofourown.org unless requested to be kept private, in which case, the client will receive the work as a PDF file.After final draft approval, major revisions will not be accepted. Minor revisions may be requested once up to 24 hours after, showcased WIPs and delivery of the completed work.The client will receive a minimum of 2 WIPs, besides the overall story draft during the process. Failure to provide feedback within 48 hours of the WIP will result in the work being continued without the client’s input.PAYMENT
Payment will be made through PayPal invoice.Upfront payment is required.Failure to pay within 48 hours will result in cancellation of the commission.CONDITIONS
The writer reserves the right to cancel the commission at any time, in which case the client will receive a full refund, regardless of the progress stage.If you need to cancel your commission, you’ll receive a full refund if the work has NOT yet been started. If the work is ongoing, the client has the right to a partial refund, depending on the stage of the work.There will be no refund if the work is already complete.The writer holds the full rights to the work including but not limited to:
Using it as a sample or within their portfolioAs stated beforehand, if you want your commission to remain private, you must state so before the invoice is paid.
